Checking the integration balance

When your payment provider supports it, you can query the live account balance directly from the integration detail page. This is useful for reconciliation, verifying that funds are available for disbursals, and monitoring the float balance held with the provider.

Prerequisites

Two conditions must both be met before the balance check option becomes visible:

  1. Your user account must be authorized to check integration balances.
  2. The integration's payment provider must support balance queries.

Process

  • Log in to Symba Payments with a user who is authorized to check integration balances.
  • Navigate to the integration list via the 'Configuration' menu item in the sidebar.
  • Click the integration ID to open the detail page.
  • In the Account Balance card, click the refresh button (↻).
  • Wait a few seconds for the result to appear.
